2010 saw the start of Unison Health Exercise Physiology. Unison Health was born from the idea that all people, need the right team to make their bodies sing, building up to their own shining performance.
At Unison Health our exercise physiologists believe that everyone has the right to excellent health, and we do everything in our power to assist you. We don’t give up! Our specialist areas are muscular and joint conditions, especially injury and chronic pain. We understand how much it impacts your home, work and social life. Not to mention the interrupted sleep and frustrations of not being able to complete simple tasks. We know that surgery is not always the right or most convenient answer. And when you look at other common treatments; who wants to be on painkillers for the the rest of their lives? Not us!
You will be empowered with the right knowledge of how to look after your injury. A comprehensive plan will be made for the best possible outcome, in the shortest timeframe. Our exercise physiologists will be part of of your plan, providing you with the RIGHT exercise. Not only will we prescribe the best exercise for your condition, we will make sure your technique is amazing!

Our team know about your hectic schedule. We also know the only way you truly commit to your rehabilitation is in a supervised environment. This is why we’ve set a studio area that’s personal, quiet and will challenge you on every level. With after hours appointments available to suit your needs. Our exercise physiologists offer individual or group sessions to reach your goals faster.
In addition to our Kirwan clinic sessions, we also offer home visits for those that are home bound. We understand that just because you can’t drive, doesn’t mean you don’t want to look after your health and keep active. Our exercise physiologists are available to come to you. Our lovely administration team can will help find a time that suits you.
We know your Workplace is committed to looking after the health of and well being of your team. We understand it can be hard to find the expertise in house. Our team have developed a range of workshops and preventative programs to assist you. We also offer physical testing prior to employment and injury rehabilitation.
